Do I have to provide a phone number when ordering?

If you place an order with us, we will ask for a phone number along with your shipping address information. Your phone number is needed just in case we or the shipping carrier need to reach you regarding your order.

We will use your phone number strictly for the purpose of contacting you with urgent issues related to your order, and we do not share your personal information with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy to learn more.

Can you ship to a PO box?

Most of our couriers cannot deliver to PO box addresses, so please offer a complete street address in order to ensure delivery of your package.

*Shipping Methods Guide

You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. For most products, will offer you a choice of three shipping methods on the Order Information page at checkout. Note that if every item in your order has the Free Shipping sticker, you won't need to select shipping �C will automatically ship through the best method based on the order size and destination. Our three available shipping methods are:

The duration of processing time (tailoring your dresses) and the delivery time is the total time to receive your order.

* How can I cancel an order?

If you have not paid for your order yet, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We receive hundreds of 'test' orders each day which our members are using to quote certain cart contents and save the invoice for later references.
We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, don't worry, we are not processing your order.
You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order just because you checked out your shopping cart online. If you want to do test orders to save certain invoices for later you are welcome to do this.
If your order is more than a week old please note you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending a payment, because the prices of the items may have changed as well as the shipping rates and currency conversions. You may need to repeat the order with a new cart.

If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you are uncertain about something in your order and you wish to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the tailoring so you still time to make changes.
If the dress is being tailored (over 1 or2 days after you place your order) we cannot cancel or change the order.
If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further items, but not canceling the previous items, simply contact us and we will process it, usually for no extra fees.

* Will I be charged import or customs duties?

No hidden charges or taxes are added to the price of your purchase from However, since we are a Chinese company, the orders we send you will be considered imports and may be taxed depending on the total value of your order, the type of product, or your country's rules. If taxes do apply, you will likely be asked to pay on delivery.

The majority items are shipped to you directly from China. In some cases, customs or import duties, also known as import taxes, may be applied once a package reaches its destination country. This tax is a set percentage of the value of the good that is being imported. Recipients are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. has no control over the imposition of these customs or import duties and cannot predict what (if any) duties there will be.

If customs or import duties are levied, YOU are responsible for paying them to receive your package. Because customs policies vary widely from country to country, if you have concerns that you may be subject to customs duties on your imported goods, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier.

* Why I was asked for a "CPF" number? (Brazil Customers)

Our customers in Brazil have informed us that companies importing anything to Brazil are supposed to state their "CNPJ" number, and individuals are supposed to state their "CPF" number on invoices.

So if you want us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure you give us the correct "CNPJ" or "CPF" number, so the package can go through customs smoothly.

What If You Want To Order A Lot More? Can Give Me A Good Quotation?

If you have not PayPal accounts, you can pay your order by your credit cards(Visa, MasterCard) still. For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are exactly correct, to avoid delays in order processing. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your order may also be delayed if additional verification of billing information is necessary.

Western Union is fastest way to transfer money worldwide.

With its cheaper charge and convenient office locations, we are willing to accept this payment method.
